RRPH Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RRPH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and RRPH ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rrph.best and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the RRPH website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the RRPH platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by RRPH, including but not limited to sabong betting, live dealer card games, slots, poker, bingo, fishing games, and any promotional activity offered on the platform. Specific games or promotions may have additional rules that supplement these Terms — those additional rules are also binding when applicable.

To register and use RRPH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RRPH strictly prohibits minors from participating on the platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet. Philippine players must comply with applicable PAGCOR-regulated online gaming laws.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of RRPH or any of its partner companies, unless RRPH has provided explicit written permission.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from RRPH or any regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

RRPH may request documentation to verify your age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one RRPH account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering with RRPH, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, mobile phone number, and any additional information requested during the verification process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Your RRPH login credentials — including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. RRPH will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to ask for your OTP or password. If someone claiming to represent RRPH asks for this information, do not share it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

All deposits to your RRPH account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. RRPH accepts the following Philippine payment options: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks.

RRPH does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts. Deposits made using another person's payment method — regardless of that person's relationship to you — will be reversed and the associated account flagged for review.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. RRPH does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges that are outside RRPH's control.

• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your RRPH wallet instantly.
• InstaPay transfers generally credit within minutes during banking hours.
• PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day to reflect.
• Card deposits are subject to your bank's own processing times and security checks.

RRPH reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if there are grounds for a verification review. Deposits that cannot be verified may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests on RRPH are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. RRPH does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, RRPH will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically requires a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or similar), a selfie with the ID, and potentially proof of payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy.

Withdrawal processing times at RRPH:

• GCash / Maya: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval
• GrabPay / Coins.ph: Typically within 30 minutes
• InstaPay bank transfer: Within 1–3 hours during banking hours
• PESONet bank transfer: 1 banking day

Withdrawal requests submitted outside Philippine banking hours may be queued and processed on the next business day for bank-based methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the RRPH wallet section. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if your account is under review for security or verification reasons.

RRPH regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all RRPH promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the value of the bonus received, not the total wallet balance, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bets placed on certain game categories or bet types may not contribute toward, or may contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• RRPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited and actively wagered will not be retroactively removed unless there is evidence of abuse or a terms violation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, or exploitation of system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Promotional offers on RRPH are intended for genuine recreational players. Any systematic or professional wagering pattern that RRPH determines to be inconsistent with recreational play may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and the restriction of further bonus eligibility.

All games available on RRPH are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game's interface. These rules are supplementary to these Terms and are equally binding. In the case of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail for gameplay matters.

RRPH sources its live dealer and sabong content from third-party certified providers and arena operators. The results of all live events are determined by the actual outcome of the physical event or by certified random number generators (RNG) for electronic games. RRPH does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer session or electronic game — including server errors, feed interruptions, or software failures — RRPH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. This applies only to genuine technical failures and not to outcomes that a player simply disagrees with.

• Bets accepted and confirmed prior to a technical failure are generally settled based on the official result when determinable.
• If an official result cannot be determined due to a technical issue, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Disputes regarding game results must be submitted to RRPH support within 72 hours of the event in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RRPH and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one RRPH account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your RRPH account
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in the RRPH platform or games
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other game on RRPH
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with the platform
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity involving the RRPH platform
• Attempting to access another player's RRPH account or interfere with any other player's experience
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or influencing the outcome of any sporting or gaming event on RRPH

RRPH cooperates fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and relevant financial regulatory bodies. Any activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported accordingly.

RRPH is committed to the wellbeing of every player on the platform. Gambling on RRPH is intended as entertainment, and we recognise that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and have built tools into the platform to help players stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all RRPH account holders at no cost and can be activated from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your RRPH wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration before the platform prompts you to take a break.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month across all RRPH games.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the RRPH platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and RRPH will not send you promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

RRPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order
• The player voluntarily requests account closure
• The player's self-exclusion period is active

When an RRPH account is closed for reasons not related to breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable withdrawal processing period. Balances derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact the RRPH support team at support@rrph.best. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. During this period, you retain access to your account and are responsible for any activity that occurs.

RRPH collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the platform's Privacy Policy, which is available at rrph.best/privacy-policy.

By registering with RRPH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions. RRPH does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required for regulatory compliance and platform security.

All content on the RRPH platform — including but not limited to the RRPH brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of RRPH or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the RRPH platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of RRPH content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, RRPH's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RRPH shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond RRPH's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow responsible gaming practices or these Terms

RRPH makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. RRPH operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute between a player and RRPH that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to contact the RRPH support team in the first instance for any dispute, as most issues can be resolved without formal proceedings.

RRPH may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform features, regulatory requirements, or business operations. When material changes are made, RRPH will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file and will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the RRPH platform after any updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact RRPH support to request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
